Back pain is THE pain of our modern times. Slouching at the desks, sitting for hours in front of our computers, lack of movements, stress & anxiety building up tension but also wearing high heels and being overweight are all lifestlyle factors that make our backs vulnerable to wrong movements, cramps, stiffness, accidents and injuries. The result can be chronic back pain of different kinds that can be handicapping and frustrating. The constant pain is a real life disturbance and can lead to depression and overall dispair. Yoga has been proven to improve and heal back pain more than any other natural or medical healing method. To reenforce the back muscles a more dynamic style is recommended. Restorative Yoga, on the other hand, will help you in your healing process of existing injuries and release stored tension in the bodies. These stored tension can cause a chronic stiff neck for example. Relaxing yoga techniques can bring balance here. We start the day by a detox juice and 1 h soft vinyasa flow yoga specially designed to reinforce your back muscles without putting too much stress on them. After 1 h workshop exploring the different reasons of back pain and how we can address some of them in a psychosomatic way, our super healthy gourmet lunch will be served. After a break where participants can enjoy and relax at the pool or go for a walk we meet again for 2 h restorative yoga workshop. After the workshop individual coaching sessions are offered to all participants.
