Service Description
Enjoy our 4 days /3 nights yoga and hiking holidays: Yoga in exceptional settings, a beach day and a wonderful hiking experience in the surrounding Natural Parks of Sierra de Tejeda, Almijara and Alhama. You will be served delicious breakfast and dinner throughout your stay. We offer accommodation in double rooms or twin rooms (two seperate beds). Twin rooms can be shared between two individual travellers. There is also our new glamping tent with access to outdoor cold shower and wash basin and bathroom inside the house. Note that the bathrooms are always shared between two bedrooms. Here a sample retreat schedule (changes can be operated due to weather, season, etc.): -Day 1 *15:00 Arrival *18:00 Opening circle and Yin yoga welcome class *20:00 Delicious vegetarian or vegan dinner -Day 2 *08:30 Vinyasa yoga meditation and/or pranayama class *10:00 Delicious homemade breakfast *11:00 - 16:00 Hike in the surrounding mountains in natural parks of Sierra de Tejeda, Almijara, and Alhama with stop in local restaurant for lunch *Free time for pool, walk, journal etc. *20:00 Delicious dinner -Day 3 *08:30 Delicious homemade breakfast *10:30 Departure to beautiful surrounding Beach *11:00 Yoga on the beach (only spring and autumn otherwise in the morning at home) *Free time on the beach *20:00 Delicious vegetarian or vegan dinner -Day 4 *09:00 Vinyasa/Hatha meditation pranayama yoga class and final sharing circle *10:30 Delicious breakfast / brunch *12:00 End of retreat %Please note that the schedule is above is a sample only.
